Hi, I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU! I came to see your show in May this year twice whilst on holiday from the UK and I have to say I have never laughed so much that my cheeks hurt before. The magic show was very funny. I liked the trick with the banana and the one with the cups, but it really had to be the hypno show that was the best. I have friends that are coming over to the US in August and have told them they have to come and see your show. I am going back to Florida next May and hope to come back to see you. Don't know if you remember me, I attended a show you did at Trixie's in Ft. Lauderdale over a year ago. We talked after each show and even suggested changing a bit of your associate's wording ("as if" instead of actually bringing up certain feelings). I'm curious if you incorporated that. I highly recommend Gregg's show. The show I saw was in a small bar and not a big crowd. The first show he only got 4 volunteers (one ended up leaving the stage because he was distracted during the induction), but the three who remained onstage were great fun. The induction method using a candle was very well done and had every subject in deep, responsive trance in just a few minutes. The second show had 5 volunteers (including the one who left the stage during the first show) and was even better. All five went deep and were great fun. Afterwards, one had complete amnesia of the show, but his friend had brought a video camera. We watched his reactions as he watched the tape. He couldn't believe he had been onstage and in trance for an hour! It was a lot of fun. One of the funniest parts was the post-hypnotic suggestions. Gregg gave each person a post-hypnotic at the end of the show and when he said a certain word or phrase, they'd respond. One was told to say "Gregg is the World's best hypnotist" when he said a certain word. When he was "ending" the show and sending everyone back to their seats, that guy went to the bathroom for a "nature call". Gregg continued saying a few things and when he said the phrase, we all heard a loud yell from the bathroom "Gregg is the world's best hypnotist" and everyone in the place (including Gregg) broke out laughing. We didn't realize he had gone to the bathroom! It's sometimes easier to do a show with a stage full of volunteers than it is to do an entertaining, fun show with just 3 or 4 people. Gregg was a true professional and even with just a few people, his show was as entertaining (if not more so) than some I've seen that had 15-20 volunteers on stage. Next time I'm in Orlando, I'll do my best to stop in...and if you're doing any shows down here in South Florida, drop me a line and let me know when you'll be here. Me dad and brother both got hypnotised and I watched. It was the funniest thing I have ever seen. I never stopped laughing. Even now we still laugh about it. I can't believe that you actually made my brother forget his name! As I watched, I could clearly tell from the reactions of the people being hypnotised that it was completely genuine. I know a lot of people don't believe in it, but it is real! We will be coming back to Florida October 2005 and I can't wait to see your show again. This time we have to get the tape.
